Fourth Package
The temporary package is the provision of a
registered worker in a labor management center during a specified period
of the contract, during which the employer undertakes to secure
accommodation, salary and end of service benefits.
- The fourth package, which includes two-year
contractual employment, requires employers to pay their salaries monthly
according to package 2
Third Package
It is a flexible package that ensures the
provision of a registered assistant worker in a management center to
work during working hours determined by the employer hours, days, week,
month and year, such as gardening worker insurance, nanny and household
cleaning
- The Flexible Package requires employers to pay
daily salaries of AED 120 for four hours and AED 200 for eight hours,
with a weekly amount of AED 1,120 and AED 3,500 for a month.
Second package
The experimental package, which is based on
bringing in a registered worker at a management record, is responsible
for his papers, but during this 180-day contract period, the employer is
responsible for providing a place to live.
- The monthly salary
for the second package starts from AED 2,250 for Bangladeshi, Nepalese,
Indian and Kenyan workers. For Sri Lankan, Ugandan and Ethiopian
workers, the monthly salary is AED 2,300 and AED 2,500 for Filipino and
Indonesian workers.
First Package
Called the traditional package: it works to bring
the worker from his country for 180 days, during which the employer is
responsible for feeding, accommodation, salary and renewal of his
passport, i.e. a comprehensive sense responsible for everything related
to
- Excluding the monthly salary, the cost of the first package to hire a Sri Lankan worker is AED 2,200
- For Filipino and Indonesian workers, the cost is AED 2,500, while workers from Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya cost AED 3,500.
- The cost of Indian and Nepalese workers is AED 6,000, while Bangladeshi workers cost AED 4,500
- While it is AED 2,300 for Ugandan and Ethiopian workers
